Over the last few years, I've had hundreds of conversations with contractors, business owners, apprentices, educators, unions, and workforce organizations. Everyone agrees we need more skilled tradespeople, but I keep coming back to the same question:

Are we asking the people doing the hiring what they actually need?

This survey was created to better understand the challenges employers face when it comes to finding workers, developing apprentices, and growing their workforce.

My goal is simple: gather real employer feedback and use it to help shape future workforce solutions, funding discussions, and industry conversations.
