About SWIFT OPS

I'm Morgan Swift, founder of Swift Ops.

I've spent more than 20 years working alongside employers in Ontario's construction and skilled-trades industry. From construction supply and project support to business operations, safety technology, and workforce development, I've had the opportunity to see this industry from many different sides.

And through it all, one thing has remained consistent: the relationships I've built with the people behind these businesses.

Contractors, tradespeople, business owners, and industry leaders. These are my people.

I understand the demands of the industry, the challenges of keeping a business running, and the importance of having people you can count on.

Throughout my career, I've helped contractors source materials, navigate business systems, adopt new technology, solve problems, and connect with the resources they need.

I've worked with small independent businesses and major construction organizations, and I've seen how often the same challenges come up, regardless of company size.

Sometimes the solution is a better process, a different supplier, new technology, or simply having someone take responsibility for getting something done.

That's what I want Swift Ops to offer.

Practical support, backed by industry experience, strong relationships, and a genuine interest in helping contractors succeed.

My work in apprenticeship and workforce development has reinforced something I've always believed.

Employers are the ones who turn opportunities into careers.

They're the ones creating jobs, investing in equipment, hiring employees, training apprentices, and taking the risks that keep our industry moving.

We can build programs and promote the skilled trades, but without employers willing and able to create those opportunities, the system doesn't work.

That's why supporting contractors matters so much to me.

And that support goes well beyond hiring and apprenticeships. It means helping the businesses themselves operate, adapt, and grow.
