How We Work

Straightforward Support. Built Around Your Business.

Every contracting business operates differently. Some have an established office team, while others have an owner managing just about everything.

Swift Ops works with what you already have, identifies where help is needed, and provides practical support without making things more complicated.

1. Let's Have a Conversation.

It starts with a conversation about your business.

What's working? What's taking up too much time? What have you been meaning to get around to but haven't?

You don't need a formal plan or a perfectly defined project. Sometimes it starts with a single problem or an idea you'd like to explore.

I'll ask questions, listen, and get a better understanding of what you need.

2. Figure Out the Best Approach.

Once we understand the challenge, we'll look at your options.

That might mean taking over an administrative responsibility, reviewing a process, researching suppliers or software, organizing a project, or finding the right professional to help with something more specialized.

I'll outline what I can help with, what's involved, and what the cost would be before any work begins.

No unnecessary services or predetermined packages.

3. Get to Work.

Once we agree on a plan, we get moving.

Depending on the work, I may handle tasks directly, coordinate with your employees and suppliers, research options, implement improvements, or work with outside professionals.

The goal isn't to hand you another report or a list of things you need to do yourself.

It's to help get the work done.

4. Stay Involved as Needed.

Some projects have a clear beginning and end.

Others lead to ongoing support, whether that's helping with regular administrative tasks, managing a process, coordinating suppliers, or being someone you can call when another challenge comes up.

There's no requirement to commit to ongoing services.

We'll determine what makes sense for your business.

Working With Your Existing Team

You may already have an office administrator, bookkeeper, accountant, safety professional, or other people supporting your business.

Swift Ops isn't here to replace them.

I can work alongside the people you already trust, help coordinate responsibilities, and fill gaps where additional support is needed. And when something requires specialized expertise, I can help identify and coordinate the appropriate professionals.

The goal is to make your existing team stronger, not add unnecessary layers.

What Does It Cost?

That depends on the work.

A one-time project, a few hours of administrative support, and a larger operational improvement all involve different levels of time and resources.

We'll discuss the scope, expectations, and costs before getting started so you can make an informed decision.

No published packages. No pressure to commit to services you don't need.

Ready to Talk?

Whether you have a specific project in mind or just know something in your business needs attention, I'd be happy to hear about it.
